§ Mr. BevinA number of industries have arrangements for the resumption of apprenticeship by apprentices whose training has been interrupted by service in His Majesty's Forces and who because of un-fitness or other reasons may be discharged during the war. I am in consultation 311W with representatives of the employers' organisations and trade unions concerned in regard to the position of the apprentices referred to in the Question.
