§ Mr. BrackenA report received by the Postal and Telegraph Censorship Department shows that a letter written by Squadron-Leader Cooper was detained by the chief censor at Asmara and referred to the military administrator of the Occupied Enemy Territory, to which authority the censor is responsible on all questions affecting security. No other action was taken by the censor.
