asked the Minister of Labour whether, in view of the small reduction in man-power employed by the insurance companies as agents and collectors from 48,800 in August, 1939, to 44,000 in June, 1942, he is taking any steps to rationalise the collection system so as to divert man-power to purposes more essential to the war effort?
