§ Mr. Noel-BakerYes, Sir, the Board of Education, the local education and police authories and the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents are working together to secure more teaching in the schools on the subject of road safety. My Noble Friend has helped the Royal Society to extend their activities in various ways, and the Society are specially emphasising the danger to children in the propaganda campaign which they are now carrying on. The B.B.C. are also arranging talks and "flashes."
