HC Deb 17 February 1943 vol 386 c1764W
Mr. Richards

asked the Secretary of State for Air whether he can give any information as to the probable cause of the crash of an aeroplane which occurred on the night of 25th January, in the parish of Llansilin, in the county of Denbigh, which resulted in the death of two civilians as well as all the occupants of the aeroplane; and what provision is available for the orphans whose father and mother were killed as the result of the accident?

Sir A. Sinclair

The cause of this unfortunate accident is under investigation. The question of compensation in respect of the civilian casualties is one for my right hon. Friend the Minister of Pensions. I am sure that the House will wish to join with me in expressing sympathy with the relatives of those who lost their lives and with the injured.
