§ Mr. ThurtleAn official celebration will be held in each of the Civil Defence1604W Regions on the Saturday or Sunday, 20th or 21st February, in each case centring around a meeting, addressed by a Cabinet Minister. The London celebration will be of a national character and the Foreign Secretary will make a speech at the meeting. Regional celebrations will, for the most part, include processions representing the Fighting and Civil Defence Services and war workers.
