Major Lloyd GeorgeI have seen the memorandum submitted by the bodies referred to and the report of the meeting between them and my Regional Controller. Proposals similar to some of those suggested in the memorandum have been under consideration in my Ministry and will be the subject of discussion in the near future with the national representatives of the employers and the men.
