§ Mr. E. BrownIf an employed contributor is entitled to receive remuneration from his employer in respect of a holiday period, the employer is liable to pay health insurance and pensions contributions in respect of the contributor for that period. The question whether a holiday payment constitutes remuneration in respect of the holiday period depends upon the terms of the contract of employment and the conditions of the particular holiday scheme.
