HC Deb 06 October 1942 vol 383 cc1092-3W
Sir C. MacAndrew

asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether his attention has been drawn to a publication entitled' "Hansard on Scotland," purporting to give an almost complete report of the Debate in this House of 12th May; and why the Stationery Office copyright was waived in this case?

Captain Crookshank

I am aware of the publication entitled "Hansard on Scotland." Application for permission to publish was made in the usual way to the Controller of the Stationery Office and, in accordance with normal practice, no objection was offered to the reproduction of material from the OFFICIAL REPORT of Parliamentary Debates.
