§ Mr. Thorneasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware of the hardship inflicted upon blind pensioners working in the workshops for the blind because of the present maximum limit of £200 from all sources which a blind pensioner can receive including his Army pension, resulting in differences of pay of as much as £1 15s. per week for the same work; and whether he will either increase the maximum or disregard the Army pension?
