§ Mr. Garro JonesArrangements have been made in all but two cases for adequate accommodation for the regional board offices. The work of making the942W boards and their functions known is proceeding. My right hon. Friend considers that the present organisation provides effective means for settling inter-departmental issues and that in general the regional boards are making steady progress.
