BrownAs my hon Friend knows, my Central Housing Advisory Committee are actively engaged in considering these matters and have appointed a number of sub-committees to examine particular aspects and to make recommendations. At the same time discussions are taking place with local authorities on the basis of preparations by them to ensure that as soon as labour and materials are available they will be able to make an immediate start with an instalment of their programme.
