HC Deb 25 March 1942 vol 378 cc2004-5W
Mr. Martin

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is satisfied that the organisation set up in his Department to regulate prices of commodities is adequate for its purpose; and whether anything further can be done to limit the disquieting rise in price of various commodities in ordinary domestic use?

Captain Waterhouse

I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which was given yesterday to similar Questions on this matter, a copy of which I am sending him.
