§ THE MINISTER OF FOOD (LORD WOOLTON)The answer to the first part of the question is in the negative and the second part therefore does not arise. I would, however, remind the noble Lord that, as I announced in this House on March 11, on and after April 6 no bread other than National Bread and certain speciality brown flours will be on sale in this country.
