§ LORD WOOLTONLease-Lend foodstuffs are dealt with in the trading accounts of the Ministry of Food in a manner similar to other imported foodstuffs, a notional f.o.b. cost being computed and debited for the purpose of the trading accounts against the Ministry of Food. Thus, the foodstuffs in question are invoiced to distributors in the United Kingdom at prices comparable with those charged for similar foodstuffs imported from other sources.
