asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether, in view of the fact that tea taken illegally across the border is being sold at a price as high as 20s. per pound, he will take immediate steps to conserve the stocks of tea in Northern Ireland where a shortage may soon be experienced?
