HC Deb 17 March 1942 vol 378 c1340W
Mr. Keeling

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that the National Savings Commission cannot arrange any priority in the purchase of tyres for motor-cars used by their officers for official duties; and what steps he is taking to prevent the impossibility of obtaining tyres from impeding the savings organisation.

Sir K. Wood

I am having inquiries made and will communicate with my hon. Friend.
