Mr. LloydI would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave the hon. Member for Gravesend (Sir I. Albery) on 27th January last. Since that date further arrangements have been made for the collection of waste lubricating oil from garages with a view to its being reclaimed to the maximum extent possible.
