HC Deb 15 July 1942 vol 381 c1238W
Sir R. Glyn

asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he has considered the position of people living in rural areas who have no restaurants to go to in order to obtain food without coupons and who by keeping hens can obtain eggs; and whether he will consider the revision of the recent Order in their favour?

Mr. Hudson

The position of dwellers in rural areas was not overlooked when revision of the arrangements for rationing feeding-stuffs for domestic poultry was under consideration.
