asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he will now sanction the Devereux experiments in insemination at Kimble, in view of the fact that the standards of Reading and Cambridge have been complied with and commitments on equipment have been made?

Pending the powers I hope to obtain from Parliament enabling me to exercise proper control, I deprecate the establishment of artificial insemination schemes.
