Mr. BrownI am aware that some sanatoria have difficulty in securing adequate nursing and domestic staffs and I am sending my hon. Friend a copy of a circular that I sent recently to tuberculosis local authorities. The question of domestic staff in hospitals generally I have under constant consideration in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Labour and National Service.
