asked the Secretary of State for War whether he will state the punishments meted out to each of the five members of the Auxiliary Territorial Service who have been court-martialled?

The punishments awarded to the five members of the Auxiliary Territorial Service who have been court-martialled were as follow:

  1. (1) Fourteen days confinement to barracks and forfeiture of all ordinary pay for 28 days.
  2. (2) Fourteen days confinement to barracks.
  3. (3) Reduced from rank of sergeant to corporal.
  4. (4) Acquitted.
  5. (5) Reduced from rank of corporal to the ranks.
