My right hon. Friend the Deputy Prime Minister has a statement to make to the House which it is considered advisable to make in Secret Session, and therefore, Mr. Speaker, I beg to draw your attention to the fact that Strangers are present.

Whereupon Mr. SPEAKER, pursuant to Standing Order No. 89, put the Question, "That Strangers be ordered to withdraw."

Question agreed to.

Strangers withdrew accordingly.
