§ Colonel LlewellinMy right hon. Friend is the head of the British Merchant Shipping Mission in the U.S.A. and a member of the British Supply Council in North America. He is responsible for keeping the closest touch with the United States administration on all matters relating to merchant shipping, including the building and repair of ships and the shipping aspects of the Lease-Lend Act. His task is by no means complete and there is no present intention of recalling him.
