§ Mr. E. BrownI have no evidence of dissatisfaction such as is suggested in the Question. Although the full Committee has met only twice in the year ended 30th September, its work has been carried on continuously by its appropriate subcommittees and by its officers in accordance with the authority which it has entrusted to them.
