§ Mr. TomlinsonThe delay in the establishment of a canteen at this factory has been due, partly to the necessity for requisitioning a building occupied by another firm and also to discussion between the firm and the Government Department concerned regarding the financial arrangements. The difficulties have now been overcome and a full canteen service is expected to be in operation in about a week's time.
