§ Colonel LlewellinSnow clearance of roads will be undertaken by highway authorities to the full extent of the labour and plant available. During the summer grants by the Ministry were made available towards the cost of the necessary equipment. Arrangements for military assistance were made last winter and similar arrangements are being made for this winter.
