§ Mr. SandysI understand that my hon. and gallant Friend is referring to the fact that recruiting officers come under the regulations applicable to civilian employees in certain respects. This question 331W is one of considerable difficulty affecting other categories besides recruiting officers, and a final decision has not yet been reached. I am not aware of any suggestion that the status of recruiting staffs should be altered.
