Friend the Joint Parliamentary Undersecretary of State explaining the circumstances in which this unfortunate misunderstanding arose. As stated in that letter, Private Tully is not eligible for release, as he is undergoing a technical course with a view to transfer to the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.
