§ Mr. E. BrownHospital authorities were informed by circulars of the 24th April of the inclusion in the Emergency Hospital Scheme of fracture cases occurring among industrial workers and Civil Defence workers, in accordance with the statement which I made on 3rd April in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Gateshead (Mr. Magnay). Further details of the arrangements for treating these cases, whether occurring amongst the workers referred to or amongst other classes included in the emergency scheme, are contained in a circular which is being issued in a few days. Copies will be made available at the Vote Office and sent to bodies known to be interested in this subject.
