§ Mr. E. BrownThe assessment for rating purposes of schools, as well as of other classes of hereditament, is a matter for the local authorities, and there is no authority for the issue of instructions, but advice has been given by the Central Valuation Committee of which I am sending my hon. Friend a copy. I regret that the statistical information asked for is not available.
