Notice taken that Strangers were present.

Whereupon Mr. DEPUTY-SPEAKER, pursuant to Standing Order No. 89, put the Question, "That Strangers be ordered to withdraw."

Question agreed to Strangers withdrew accordingly.[The House then went into Secret Session.]

Resolved, That the Proceedings in connection with a statement to be made by the Prime Minister, and upon any consequential Motion relating to the Sittings of the House, be held in Secret Session.—[The Prime Minister.']
