To consider and report on the application to the tinplate industry of the policy of concentration of industry described in the Board of Trade Explanatory Memorandum on Concentration of Industry, having regard to the measure of redundant plant existing in the industry.I have no doubt that the committee, on which both the employers and the workpeople in the industry are represented, will take into consideration all relevant factors.
