Mr. Glenvil Hall asked the Secretary of State for Air if, as Royal Air Force personnel engaged on operational flying have difficulty in obtaining cigarettes, and the ration allowed them is limited to 30 cigarettes per week, he will take steps substantially to increase the allocation to the men?
