§ Mr. E. BrownAs employed persons become entitled to, and may require, medical benefit as soon as they enter insurable employment, I think that the amendment suggested by my hon. Friend would operate to their disadvantage because under the arrangements envisaged by him delay in securing medical benefit would be inevitable in many cases.
