Major Lloyd GeorgeI cannot accept my hon. Friend's suggestion, for the reasons given in my reply yesterday to my hon. Friend the Member for Colne Valley (Mr. Glenvil Hall). I am satisfied that there is no undue delay in slaughter, and that any wastage due to this cause has been reduced to a minimum.
