§ Wing-Commander Wright
asked the Postmaster-General whether, in view of the natural anxiety caused by air-raids, families of members of the Forces serving abroad may be granted at least the same free postal facilities that are granted to families of evacuated children?
§ Captain Waterhouse
If my hon. and gallant Friend has in mind the free facilities provided by Messrs. Cable and Wireless, Limited, for parents to communicate periodically by telegraph with their children, I would refer him to the reply given to the hon. Member for Yardley (Mr. Salt) on the 28th of January, of which I am sending him a copy. There is no free postage for children evacuated abroad.707W
