§ Captain MargessonThe German Government have been informed that His Majesty's Government are ready to repatriate the German medical personnel who are entitled to repatriation under the Geneva Convention of 1929, if the German Government will also conform to the terms of the Convention as regards British medical personnel in their hands. The matter is being actively pursued, but a satisfactory settlement has not yet been reached.
