§ Mr.LawThe action to which my hon. and gallant Friend refers is, I understand, authorised by a direction of the Regional 531W Commissioner, but, so tar as 1 am concerned, I regret that there is no provision in the Compensation (Defence) Act, 1939, whereby payment can be made in respect of loss of trade due to denial of access.
