Major Lloyd GeorgeMy Noble Friend understands that Mr. Tobey has contemplated resigning his position in the Ministry since last July. No doubt he was actuated by a variety of reasons. The Canned Fish Advisory Committee have not resigned and have assured my Noble Friend of their continued support.
