§ Captain CrookshankCompensation for damage to stocks insurable under the Commodities Insurance Scheme is a matter for my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade, to whom any question on the subject should be addressed. As regards damage to premises, the hon. Member will appreciate that the position is affected by the provisions of the War Damage Bill which is at present under consideration by Parliament.
