§ Captain MargessonYes, Sir. Canteens are in existence either at or in the immediate vicinity of 119 railway stations throughout the country, including the ten principal London stations. At the majority of these stations cloakroom, washing and lavatory facilities are also available free to troops. Sleeping or rest rooms for troops are available at or in the immediate vicinity of 69 of the most important stations. At the present moment amenities are in process of being established at seven stations in addition to the above, and the existing amenities are being enlarged at five of the above stations.
