1153W
§ Captain MargessonIn view of the shortage of supplies I am afraid that this proposal would not be practicable at the present time. As my hon. Friend is aware, members of the Home Guard already have certain advantages over the general public with regard to the purchase of chocolate in garrison and regimental institutes or canteens conducted by voluntary bodies.
