§ Mr. Glenvil Hallasked the Minister of Labour why, in spite of the repeal of Section 5 (8) of the National Service (Armed Forces) Act, 1939, by the National Service Act, 1941, the Fulham tribunal removed Mr. Ernest Findlater's name 2102W from the Register of Conscientious Objectors on 20th June, 1941; and whether all tribunals have been made aware of the present state of the law in this direction?
§ Mr. BevinMr. Findlater has appealed to the appellate tribunal against the decision of the local tribunal to which my hon. Friend refers and this matter is, therefore,sub judice. All tribunals have been made aware of the provisions of the National Service Act, 1941.
