§ Mr. E. BrownI am aware that a number of mothers and children have been evacuated more than once but I268W regret that statistics are not available. I am very anxious that all practicable steps should be taken to discourage this abuse of the facilities for evacuation, but without prejudicing the evacuation of children from danger areas.
