§ Mr. BevinThe investigation of a man's mental condition is an important part of the examination by medical boards and is a matter on which they have recently received further directions on the recommendation of the Medical Advisory Committee under Lord Horder's chairmanship. I am inquiring into the case of which my hon. Friend was good enough to send me particulars.
