§ The Attorney-GeneralA simple extension of the Courts (Emergency Powers) Acts may not be the best method of providing the desired relief in the class of cases to which the Question relates. The Government are at present considering generally the question of giving relief in cases not covered by those Acts in their present form and will take into account the position of the men to which the hon. Member refers.
