§ Captain Markhamasked the Home Secretary whether he has considered the communication from Mr. M. W. Chambers, M.P.S., of 8, Waterloo Road, Nottingham, on the subject of conditions in Lincoln Prison; and whether he proposes to make any changes in the administration and routine of that institution?
§ Mr. H. MorrisonThe only such communication which can be traced is a copy of a pamphlet published by Mr. M. W. Chambers, which was received by the Prison Commisioners on the 5th November. I will communicate further with my hon. Friend when the criticisms contained in the pamphlet have been examined.
