Glynasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he is now in a position to make a statement regarding the training of boys in agriculture under schemes that 722W have proved effective under the administration of the Young Men's Christian Association and similar organisations; whether he is aware that this matter has now been under consideration since November, 1939, and that various opportunities and offers to help these schemes are lapsing on account of the delay in coming to a definite decision in conjunction with the Treasury?
