§ Sir K. WoodThe selection of the site referred to was made on the advice of departmental officers of the Air Ministry,2012W who are considered to be fully qualified to give such advice. Complaints were received that pollution of the water supply to a bleaching factory resulted from the building operations on this site, but this trouble has been overcome. The estimated cost of the settling tanks referred to in the last part of the Question is £3,000.
